Ali MacLean’s acclaimed play Wolves At The Door, which explores two parents grieving the loss of their child after an incel fueled mass shooting, will be featured at The Road Theatre in Los Angeles. The play, which was a 2019 finalist at the O’Neill National Playwrights Conference, will be directed by award-winning director Casey Stangl and produced by Laurie Bernhard at Spark Theatrical.
The Road Theatre’s mission is to present plays not previously available to the Los Angeles public that introduce socially and/or politically relevant voices and thoughts to the American stage.
As part of their mission to foster the development of new plays, The Road hosts readings that are open to the public and tickets are pay what you can. Readings are followed by a talkback with the playwright.
